Hi, recently there has been many people breaking out of jail. There has been prisoners who are not supervised or taken out for lunch or yard time. What i'm thinking is there should be a 24/7 prison over-watch also know as the DOC. This would be a great improvement to the role-play and make being in prison a little fun, so people don't have to go AFK until their time is up. I think 12 and up should be able to apply for this job because it doesn't require anything serious other than shooting and communication skills. I like the idea of a 24/7 prison guard. More people need to be jailed!!!

+1 but I think it should be along the lines of they are in-charge of up until the Smallville line and they will be the ones that will handle anyone beyond that line.
