Law & Procedures - Phase A
Law - A read over of the Big City Life Constitution and the Fines and Jail times.
Jail & Substation Usage - How to use the jail code system, dealing with prisoners and when to use the sub station cell.
Use Of Handcuffs - We will teach you how to properly use the the Handcuffs to restrain suspects.
Dealing With Suspects - How to treat and communicate with suspect civilians.
Basic Questioning - Techniques used to acquire information from suspects.
Operations & Weapons Training - Phase B
Taser Training - Proper handling of a police issue Taser.
Pistol Training - Proper handling of a police issued pistol.
Rifle Training - Proper handling of a police issued rifle.
Vehicle Training - Phase C
Vehicle Pullover - Correct procedures for pulling over & searching a suspect vehicle.
Felony Stops - This will teach you the correct way of performing a felony stop.
Time Trials - A REMOVAL ON FAILURE test on the racetrack that tests your driving. The test is a full circuit around the track in a Crown Victoria in less than 1:35 minutes, with a finale of doing the track in reverse in under 3:00 minutes.
Pitt maneuver and defensive/offensive driving - We will teach you how to disable a suspects vehicle while keeping yourself nice and cozy, but a little bruised and battered.
Pursuit Training - We will show you how to handle advanced pursuit techniques and high speed driving.
Tactical Maneuvers - Phase D
Use of Force scale - learning when it is appropriate to use what type of force.
Building Clearing - How to clear a building as a team and how to determine when to do so.
Fast Mover - Simulation of chasing a armed suspect through a building or forest.
Mass Situations - Learning how to shut down roads and set perimeters.
CPR and First Aid - We will teach you the basics of how to save a life.
TRAINING COMPLETE -----> Individual Ride Along's with FTOs
